Unpleasant regularities: economic growth covers flaws of a design of the corporate mechanism, stagnation and crisis aggravate "sores". The economic recovery isn't present and shortly it isn't expected. It is reality. How to provide growth or – at least – to hold business from falling? During such periods of the company it is required: increase of accuracy of decisions and increase of accuracy of their performance. It can provide only system approach to management. Or belief in a miracle;
To overstay or develop? The exact answer to this question isn't present. But only the company with the adjusted control system can precisely realize the owner's plans. In process of growth of business a lot of things change, and - not always to the best. The culture becomes another. The enthusiasm and a uniform rush which helped earlier leaves. Than to replace "the burned-out step"?
Accuracy or chaos: as a rule, in the companies everyone and everything is broken. Employees can violate promises, rules, technologies, terms and the maintenance of instructions. It is explained by circumstances or own reasons. "There was no time", "There were many affairs", "And what to me was to do, if …?" and "And I thought": heads hear these words so often that they became habitual. So has to be because "the place is damned"? Or: the system can be adjusted? And not to refer on "we have such culture", "we have such country", "we have such business" and "we have such employees"?
Why work ceases to please? The head is compelled to deal with routine issues, to fight against misunderstanding or laziness, to watch, chew, and to overcome resistance of those who, seemingly, would have to use the efforts for implementation of the made decisions. We float in kissel: there is a lot of movements, and I pound a little. Work reminds a feat, and management – a daily set of big and small miracles. Business ceases to react sensitively to teams, finds the increasing inertness. Of course, it would be desirable that the company worked "like clock-work". And without continuous inclusion in all details. Whether it is possible to provide high precision of management?
Management has to be system: for receiving result it is necessary to create, adjust, start and not to forget to correct a corporate management system. You have it? Could draw, or …? Your subordinated know how it looks and by what principles works?
